About the role
Design, deploy, and improve automation and controls systems for solid rocket motor production. Serve as a technical anchor and mentor with leadership growth potential.
What you’ll do
• Design and maintain PLC-based control systems and robotic integration. • Lead evaluation and deployment of automation solutions. • Design electrical systems compliant with NEC and UL508A. • Implement plant networking architecture and data acquisition. • Mentor junior engineers and guide automation best practices.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's or Master's in engineering with relevant experience. • Proficiency in PLC programming across multiple platforms. • Experience with robotic systems integration. • Knowledge of machine learning in manufacturing. • Hands-on electrical cabinet building and wiring.
