About the role
Lead payroll operations across EMEA ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery. Partner with multiple teams to support scalable payroll operations and excellent employee experience.
What you’ll do
• Oversee payroll processing and management for assigned payrolls. • Manage ad hoc payroll and benefits projects internationally. • Collaborate with payroll vendors for timely and accurate transactions. • Assist accounting with payroll journal and reconciliations. • Identify and improve payroll processes and documentation.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years international payroll processing experience. • Experience with equity transaction processing. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or relevant field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Experience with Workday and external payroll providers.
