About the role
Lead IT automation efforts to maintain and improve operational workflows. Own and enhance IT automations for onboarding, termination, and device logistics.
What you’ll do
• Own onboarding, termination, and device logistics automation. • Run and maintain IT Workato workspace and error handling. • Build runbooks, monitoring, and failure response for IT flows. • Create workflows in Okta and Rovo/Jira to remove manual steps. • Partner with Security Operations and Business Applications teams.
What you’ll bring
• Experience with Workato or similar automation platforms. • Proficient in Python for automation and REST API calls. • Strong root cause analysis and error handling skills. • Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and data mapping. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT or related field.
