About the role
Lead a team of Senior Customer Success Managers across APJ to drive platform adoption and customer retention. Manage executive relationships and refine customer success strategies to accelerate growth.
What you’ll do
• Lead and inspire Senior CSMs across APJ region. • Guide enterprise clients on customer engagement strategies. • Serve as executive escalation contact for strategic accounts. • Partner cross-functionally to protect revenue and drive expansion. • Oversee account health tracking and risk mitigation.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years people management in Customer Success. • 8+ years Customer Success or Account Management experience. • Experience managing Fortune 500 or large enterprise portfolios. • Proven ability to execute across APJ region. • Strong leadership and executive negotiation skills.
