About the role
Lead high-priority initiatives at Ethos, focusing on strategy, revenue, distribution, and operations. Partner with leadership to scale the Partnerships business and solve complex challenges.
What you’ll do
• Execute time-sensitive initiatives with Partnerships Leadership. • Assess viability of new verticals and manage projects. • Lead digital partner relationships and manage performance. • Develop compensation structures for new products. • Deliver financial modeling and ad hoc analyses.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years in VC/PE, Investment Banking, Strategy, or Project Management. • Exceptional financial modeling skills. • Strong executive-level communication. • Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. • Attention to detail and AI-native approach.
