About the role
Lead and oversee US, international, and EOR payrolls. Manage complex pay, tax, and compliance issues while developing the payroll team.
What you’ll do
• Review gross-to-net results and payroll reconciliations. • Build payroll roadmap and recommend improvements. • Train payroll team and handle escalations. • Manage US multi-state payroll tax filings. • Coordinate international payroll and compliance.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years payroll experience including multi-country payroll. • Hands-on US multi-state and Canadian payroll experience. • Strong US payroll tax knowledge. • Experience with payroll provider implementations. • Payroll accounting and audit support experience.
