About the role
Lead and manage Thorne's paid influencer initiatives and ambassador program to build brand awareness and customer acquisition. Oversee planning, execution, optimization, and cross-functional coordination of influencer marketing campaigns.
What you’ll do
• Develop and execute influencer and ambassador channel plans. • Manage influencer recruitment, negotiation, and campaign delivery. • Oversee ambassador program recruitment, engagement, and monitoring. • Analyze performance and optimize campaigns with data-driven insights. • Manage budgets, agency relationships, and direct report.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. • 5+ years influencer marketing experience, 2+ years managerial. • Strong knowledge of Meta, TikTok, YouTube creator landscape. • Experience managing ambassador or affiliate programs. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
