About the role
Lead delivery for a portion of Chainguard's Enterprise segment across implementations, consulting, and advisory services. Manage a team of Solutions Architects to ensure successful customer adoption and measurable outcomes.
What you’ll do
• Own end-to-end professional services delivery for Enterprise segment. • Lead and develop Solutions Architects team. • Standardize delivery methodologies and improve operational processes. • Collaborate cross-functionally for seamless customer experience. • Ensure customers achieve defined business outcomes.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years in Professional Services or related field. • 2+ years leadership managing delivery teams. • Technical background in cybersecurity or related domain. • Strong project or program management skills. • Located in the United Kingdom.
