About the role
Lead design, development, and delivery of learning solutions for Obesity & Related Conditions commercial organization. Partner with stakeholders to create engaging, role-relevant learning experiences and manage cross-functional projects.
What you’ll do
• Lead learning content roadmap for onboarding and capability development. • Design scalable curricula across multiple learning formats. • Apply adult-learning principles and instructional design standards. • Manage cross-functional projects and vendor relationships. • Define and report on learning KPIs and business impact.
What you’ll bring
• Doctorate + 2 years or Master's + 4 years or Bachelor's + 6 years or Associate's + 10 years relevant experience. • Experience in commercial learning in pharma or regulated industries. • Expertise in instructional design and blended learning. • Ability to analyze data and leverage learning technologies. • Strong writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
