Lead academic engagement to drive adoption and standardization of da Vinci surgical training and programs. Collaborate cross-functionally to advance surgical education and procedural growth.
What you’ll do
• Build and execute Academic Total Program Observations. • Develop and execute Academic IDN Summits. • Create strategic academic engagement platforms. • Liaise with Academic Key Accounts for influencer marketing. • Elevate early practice alumni as thought leaders.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. • 10+ years marketing or program management in healthcare. • Proven success with academic partnerships and curricular development. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
