About the role
Lead design and engineering of HVAC and mechanical utilities for buildings. Manage multiple complex tasks and direct others in project execution.
What you’ll do
• Manage mechanical discipline scope and budget. • Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and vendors. • Lead design activities from conceptual to construction phases. • Conduct field surveys and support field reporting. • Mentor less experienced engineers and designers.
What you’ll bring
• ABET-accredited Bachelor's in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering. • Minimum 10 years experience. • Professional Engineer registration in good standing. • Advanced HVAC and mechanical systems design experience. • Proficiency with mechanical/plumbing/fire/building codes.
