About the role
Oversee and manage the nursing team to ensure high standards of patient care. Provide continuous training, education, and professional development to nurses.
What you’ll do
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to improve service delivery. • Ensure quality patient care and adherence to nursing protocols. • Identify training needs and mentor nurses. • Monitor staff performance and compliance with clinical standards. • Develop and deliver training programmes for nurses.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent. • Minimum 7 years nursing experience including leadership. • Valid NMCN registration and practising licence. • Strong clinical, training, communication and leadership skills.
