About the role
Support full lifecycle legal needs including contracts, insurance, litigation, and licensing across multiple markets. Work cross-functionally with various business teams to manage legal matters.
What you’ll do
• Review and track revisions to contracts and agreements. • Manage licensing across all markets. • Oversee Builders Risk insurance program and subcontractor policies. • Track warranty claims and support sales negotiations. • Support litigation management and land acquisition deals.
What you’ll bring
• 10-15 years paralegal experience, preferably in real estate or construction. • In-house paralegal experience preferred. • Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate required. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple matters independently.
