About the role
Manage US payroll operations and support benefits programs for 500+ employees. Ensure compliance and accurate payroll processing across multiple states.
What you’ll do
• Own end-to-end US payroll processing for 500+ employees. • Partner with Finance and People Ops on payroll inputs and changes. • Serve as payroll subject matter expert and resolve employee questions. • Manage multi-state payroll and tax requirements. • Review and reconcile benefits invoices and self-funded plan activity.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years payroll and benefits administration experience. • Experience with ADP Workforce Now and multi-state payroll. • Strong knowledge of payroll and tax requirements. • Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets. • Detail-oriented with strong ownership and communication skills.
