About the role
Partner with senior Engineering leaders to drive organizational change and build a high-performance culture. Support job architecture, leadership transitions, and talent development across distributed teams.
What you’ll do
• Partner with senior Engineering leaders to align people and business priorities. • Drive job architecture changes and role leveling in Engineering. • Lead Engineering people processes like calibrations. • Advise on organization design and change management. • Support planning and execution of Engineering offsites.
What you’ll bring
• Experience as People Business Partner supporting Engineering teams. • Track record partnering with senior leaders and influencing decisions. • Experience with globally distributed teams and regional differences. • Ability to navigate organizational change and transformation. • Strong coaching, communication, and collaboration skills.
