About the role
Lead people partnering for installer businesses across multiple locations. Support leadership and manage employee relations for a dispersed workforce.

• First point of contact for installer management. • Partner division leadership and sit on senior management team. • Build local people plans tailored to populations. • Own employee relations end to end. • Bridge Group and local approaches.
What you’ll bring
• Senior people partnering experience. • Experience with field-based workforce. • Autonomous and self-directed. • Strong employee relations skills. • Based in south England with travel to Cornwall and Kent.
