About the role
Own and shape key product experiences at Future, designing systems and interfaces for health interaction. Partner with Product and Engineering to define and execute the user experience.
What you’ll do
• Design core product experiences across onboarding, training, coaching, and engagement. • Translate product strategy into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs. • Ensure cohesive, intuitive, and motivating end-to-end user experience. • Develop scalable design patterns and frameworks. • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers from discovery through launch.
What you’ll bring
• 5–8+ years of product design experience. • Experience shipping mobile, consumer apps, or complex B2B systems. • Experience designing AI-driven or personalized experiences. • Strong visual and interaction design skills. • Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking and execution.
