About the role
Lead strategy, development, and optimization of Dandy’s practice-facing software for global expansion. Own key software tools and workflows to empower dental practices.
What you’ll do
• Define and execute multi-year software strategy and roadmap. • Build intuitive, user-friendly practice management software. • Collaborate with engineering, design, finance, sales, and operations. • Ensure compliance with tax, healthcare, and regulatory standards. • Optimize workflows and support new revenue models and markets.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years product management experience in B2B SaaS or practice software. • Technical fluency with system architecture and integrations. • Customer obsession with practice owners and staff needs. • Cross-functional leadership managing complex stakeholder needs. • Strong analytical skills with performance metrics and data.
