About the role
Lead the end-to-end Employer of Record product, improving employee lifecycle processes and internal tooling. Drive product discovery and execution across global teams.
What you’ll do
• Own full EOR lifecycle from quotes to offboarding. • Set and defend product roadmap priorities. • Lead customer and team discovery sessions. • Translate feedback into clear product direction. • Manage internal platforms and AI tools for EOR operations.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in product with EOR or HR tech experience. • Proven track record scaling complex B2B products. • Strong discovery skills from customers and data. • Hands-on AI product and tool experience. • Knowledge of employment law and compliance.
