About the role
Lead strategy, development, and operation of Vultr Marketplace for software vendors and partners. Own end-to-end partner and customer experience from onboarding to deployment and platform improvement.
What you’ll do
• Define product strategy and roadmap for Marketplace & Partner Ecosystem. • Establish product principles, technical standards, and security validation. • Design onboarding journeys and self-service portal workflows. • Own customer journey from discovery to production deployment. • Translate needs into product requirements and collaborate with teams.
What you’ll bring
• Experience in cloud infrastructure or software marketplaces. • Strong technical understanding of cloud infrastructure and APIs. • Proven track record in product management and platform tooling. • Experience collaborating with vendors, partners, and engineering teams. • Strong communication skills and expertise in PRDs and product strategies.
