About the role
Lead the recruitment and panel experience product area at Maze. Shape how customers recruit and manage participants across various research types.
What you’ll do
• Own and evolve recruitment and participant management roadmap. • Improve participant quality with feedback loops and filtering. • Make recruitment easier for complex enterprise use cases. • Use data to understand panel performance and gaps. • Partner with operations and sales to improve recruitment experience.
What you’ll bring
• Experience as Product Manager owning product areas. • Highly autonomous and structured communicator. • Comfortable with software, operations, and external partners. • Strong product judgment and decision-making skills. • Experience partnering with Engineering and Design.
