About the role
Lead the modernization and management of BambooHR's payroll platform, ensuring seamless payroll operations and compliance. Own data models, permissions, audit discipline, and system migrations to support payroll services.
What you’ll do
• Own payroll platform modernization and migration sequencing. • Price costs of maintaining legacy systems. • Lead payroll data-model redesign with engineering. • Manage access, audit, and compliance for payroll systems. • Run payroll roadmap reviews and status updates.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years product management experience. • Experience with HCM or payroll platforms preferred. • Coordinate with multiple downstream teams. • Technical knowledge of databases and APIs. • Comfortable with regulated, sensitive data domains.
