About the role
The Senior Product Security Engineer works with product and engineering teams to improve the security of Affirm's products throughout the development lifecycle.
What you’ll do
• Partner with product teams to include security in development lifecycle. • Conduct threat modeling and architecture reviews. • Review product source code for vulnerabilities. • Automate security processes when appropriate. • Advise on business security requirements early.
What you’ll bring
• Deep understanding of web application architecture. • Experience with cloud-based services and languages like Python, Kotlin, Java. • Knowledge of common security flaws and resolutions. • Experience with PCI or regulated environments. • Experience with threat modeling and authentication mechanisms.
