About the role
Lead strategy, operations, and continuous improvement of Zillow Group's contingent workforce program. Manage cross-functional partnerships and program governance to support business agility.
What you’ll do
• Lead end-to-end contingent workforce program strategy and operations. • Develop and execute international expansion roadmap. • Manage team priorities, coaching, and accountability. • Establish program governance and controls. • Oversee supplier lifecycle and financial management processes.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years leading contingent workforce programs. • Expertise in worker classification and compliance. • Experience managing MSP, VMS, and supplier relationships. • Strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills. • Proven ability to lead change and build consensus.
