About the role
Oversee delivery of key business initiatives ensuring projects meet goals on time and scope. Lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations proactively.
What you’ll do
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery activities. • Facilitate team ceremonies and working sessions. • Maintain delivery dashboards and reporting. • Escalate risks and issues appropriately. • Develop and execute stakeholder communication plans.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years leading business or cross-functional projects. • Experience in financial services or regulated industry preferred. • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. • Experience managing stakeholder relationships. • Project management certification preferred.
