Senior Project Manager-Retail Bank Renovations

About the role
Manage regional retail bank renovation construction projects from initiation through completion. Provide consulting services to achieve strategic business objectives for financial services clients.
What you’ll do
• Manage all project areas: planning, design, construction, occupancy, closeout. • Coordinate renovations within occupied facilities minimizing disruptions. • Prepare project scope, delivery resources, cost estimates, schedules. • Conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, recommend resources to clients. • Facilitate meetings, resolve issues, guide project teams to completion.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. • 8-10 years relevant experience with financial services clients. • Retail construction program experience highly desirable. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. • Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
