About the role
Contribute to property loss evaluation and restoration process optimization projects. Help train AI systems using your domain expertise in property damage and restoration.
What you’ll do
• Review and analyze property damage evidence. • Draft coverage determinations and estimate reviews. • Assess restoration scopes using Xactimate or similar software. • Identify causality and coverage issues in property claims. • Document findings and collaborate with project coordinators.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years in desk adjusting or restoration estimating. • Expertise with Xactimate and restoration costing. • Experience with flood and wildfire claims. • Strong insurance policy coverage knowledge. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
