About the role
Lead test planning and design for rocket motor development and qualification. Manage anomaly investigations and interface with program leadership.
What you’ll do
• Lead test planning and design for motor development campaigns. • Own anomaly investigation and root cause analysis. • Interface with systems engineers and program managers. • Review and approve test procedures and hazard analyses. • Mentor junior engineers and conduct peer reviews.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering with 5 years test experience. • Experience in solid, liquid, or hybrid propulsion test engineering. • Knowledge of MIL-SPEC acceptance test planning. • Active DoD Secret security clearance required. • 5 years leading technical tasks or test campaigns.
