About the role
Lead quality assurance and control for civil construction projects including warehouses, factories, and roads. Ensure compliance with standards and resolve quality issues on site.
What you’ll do
• Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports. • Develop and monitor QA/QC plans. • Inspect materials and workmanship. • Coordinate with engineers and subcontractors. • Identify and follow up on non-conformities.
What you’ll bring
• Immediate availability for site work in Shagamu, Ogun. • Strong knowledge of construction quality standards. • Ability to interpret engineering drawings. • Experience in warehouse, factory, and road projects. • Minimum 8 years QA/QC civil construction experience.
