About the role
Lead retail marketing activities and partnerships in Latin America to drive customer acquisition and retention. Manage marketing programs and collaborate with internal and external teams to meet business goals.
What you’ll do
• Develop and execute marketing programs with internal and external teams. • Drive cross-functional execution of retail marketing programs. • Manage marketing brand assets and deliver to creative teams. • Track and optimize marketing programs for efficiency. • Serve as primary marketing contact for regional partners.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years in Retail Channel or Partner Marketing. • Experience with retail marketing activities and OPEX investments. • Understanding of retail business metrics like CPC, CPA, LTV, ROAS. • Bilingual in English and Spanish. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Economics.
