About the role
Build and lead backend services and APIs for scalable, high-volume digital platforms. Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers while supporting modernization and operational excellence.
What you’ll do
• Lead Java backend development with Spring, Hibernate, Dropwizard. • Design RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures using Kafka. • Manage integrations with retry handling and monitoring. • Support BAU operations and reduce technical debt. • Lead incident investigations and mentor engineers.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years backend development with Java and enterprise frameworks. • Experience with distributed systems, microservices, and Kafka. • Knowledge of Postgres, Oracle, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD. • Strong observability skills and architectural leadership. • Excellent communication and self-starter mindset.
