About the role
Manage and negotiate US site budgets and clinical trial agreements for Pharma & Vaccine studies. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure operational excellence and minimize risk.

• Build US site budget templates and study-specific budget language. • Lead negotiations with academic institutions and stakeholders. • Draft and finalize clinical trial agreements. • Prioritize and lead multiple contracting projects. • Support and train team members, contribute to process improvements.
What you’ll bring
• 4+ years building budgets and contracts. • Experience negotiating with large academic institutions. • Strong project management skills. • Understanding of clinical study protocols and milestones. • Bachelor's degree.
