• Design and own backend services end to end. • Build resilient systems under load. • Make multi-step work observable and debuggable. • Shape technical direction via code reviews and mentorship. • Drive software development lifecycle from design to deployment.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years backend production systems experience. • Fluency in primary backend language, quick to learn Python. • Strong systems fundamentals and good abstraction judgment. • Experience with infrastructure, message brokers, SQL/NoSQL, containers. • Professional written English for design documents.
