About the role
Build core systems for identity verification, KYC, authentication, payments, and mobile app flows. Lead projects end-to-end with ownership and autonomy.
What you’ll do
• Lead complex technical projects end-to-end. • Build and maintain reliable distributed systems. • Work with Product, Risk, and Compliance teams. • Integrate AI coding agents into workflow. • Contribute to architecture and mentor engineers.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years backend engineering experience. • Experience in Identity, KYC, fraud, or authentication. • Proficient in Go or willing to learn. • Strong communication skills. • Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants.
