About the role
Design, build, and operate production systems powering core workflows for institutional financial clients. Join the Platform team to build foundational infrastructure for AI work at Juniper Square.
What you’ll do
• Design, build, and ship production-quality systems and APIs. • Own projects end-to-end from design to deployment. • Build reliable, scalable, and observable systems. • Drive technical excellence and reduce technical debt. • Use AI-assisted development tools and integrate AI capabilities.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years backend/full-stack software engineering experience. • Strong Python backend experience with frameworks. • Experience with relational/NoSQL databases and cloud-native tech. • Hands-on AI-native development and AI fluency. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
