About the role
Lead technical sales engagements by designing and delivering optimized solutions using RapidSOS technology. Build demos, proofs of concept, and guide clients on API integrations to enhance emergency response systems.
What you’ll do
• Own technical engagement during pre-sales process. • Design solutions from discovery to integration. • Build and deliver technical presentations and demos. • Partner with Account Executives on account strategies. • Create documentation translating customer needs.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years engineering experience, 3+ in customer-facing roles. • Experience with API-based or SaaS products. • Proficient programming skills, Python preferred. • Familiarity with cloud platforms or containerization. • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
