About the role
Lead enterprise-level systems engineering for integrated railroad technology solutions. Define architectures, standards, and roadmaps supporting business objectives.
What you’ll do
• Define and govern enterprise-level solution architectures. • Lead development of solution technology roadmaps. • Establish solution-level requirements and engineering governance. • Serve as principal systems engineering advisor for customer opportunities. • Mentor senior engineers and foster systems engineering capability.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required. • 12+ years in systems engineering or solution architecture. • Expertise in architecture and systems engineering for large solutions. • Experience with requirements management tools like IBM DOORS. • Railroad or mission-critical systems experience preferred.
