About the role
Support process improvement and issue resolution in Oscar's Special Investigations Unit. Organize, scope, triage, investigate, and execute solutions and improvements.
What you’ll do
• Conduct SIU intake, triage, and tip research. • Identify operational risks and resolve issues. • Scope and deliver solutions from stakeholder feedback. • Use data analysis to produce insights and requirements. • Coordinate projects to meet service levels and improve processes.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years experience. • 2+ years in technical or process improvement role. • 2+ years working with large data sets. • 1+ years deriving business insights from data. • 1+ years improving workflows and collaborating with stakeholders.
