About the role
Lead the Data Foundation pillar to build and maintain Cohere's data infrastructure and governance. Manage data ingestion, orchestration, modeling, and analytics platforms to support AI systems.
What you’ll do
• Build and lead a data and infrastructure engineering team. • Set and execute the Data Foundation roadmap. • Manage data ingestion, orchestration, and modeling. • Define and enforce data governance and access controls. • Lead incident response and reliability operations.
What you’ll bring
• 10+ years in data engineering or infrastructure. • Strong management and leadership experience. • Hands-on with BigQuery, Airflow, Terraform, dbt. • Experience with data modeling and governance. • Comfortable working with AI and cross-functional teams.
