About the role
Lead data science efforts to improve product-led growth by analyzing activation, engagement, conversion, retention, and monetization. Develop hypotheses, experiments, and recommendations to influence product and growth strategy.
What you’ll do
• Own analytical understanding of PLG performance. • Partner with leadership to define tests and measure results. • Lead experimentation from hypothesis to decision. • Build scalable analytical systems and AI-powered tools. • Identify measurement gaps and partner to close them.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in product or growth analytics or data science. • Deep understanding of product and growth dynamics. • Expertise in experimentation and statistical reasoning. • Experience building analytical systems and metrics layers. • Strong communication and autonomy in ambiguous environments.
