About the role
Lead the technical architecture and implementation of Amplify's next-generation Design System. Enable consistent, accessible, and maintainable experiences across products and platforms.
What you’ll do
• Architect and build reusable component libraries and design tokens. • Partner with Design, Product, and Engineering leads for technical alignment. • Lead cross-team technical discussions and drive Design System adoption. • Develop and maintain design system infrastructure and workflows. • Provide mentorship and architectural guidance to engineers.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years relevant experience in front-end or design engineering. • Fluent in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, responsive design. • Experience with design systems architecture and accessibility standards. • Proven leadership in cross-functional technical initiatives. • Strong portfolio of polished user interfaces and web apps.
