About the role
Lead the integration of weapons and payloads on aircraft using best practices and MIL-STD-1289 standards. Collaborate with design and analysis teams to develop and test mechanical weapons integration solutions.
What you’ll do
• Perform mechanical weapons integration activities with aircraft teams. • Design pylons and fittings for weapons integration. • Iterate designs with analysis teams. • Support design reviews and report progress. • Support ground and flight test integration efforts.
What you’ll bring
• Strong CAD skills (NX preferred). • B.S. in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering. • 10+ years mechanical or mechanism design experience. • Familiarity with Bomb rack and Launcher Assembly Units. • Knowledge of pneumatic power systems for military aircraft.
