About the role
Lead the architecture and technical strategy for Axon's cloud networking across multiple clouds. Ensure reliable, secure, and fast networking for mission-critical public safety products.
What you’ll do
• Define architecture and technical strategy for cloud networking. • Lead redesign of networking stack from design to production. • Drive decisions on availability, performance, security, and cost. • Collaborate with infrastructure, platform, security, and product teams. • Mentor senior engineers and influence cross-team initiatives.
What you’ll bring
• 15+ years software engineering with deep networking expertise. • Experience building and operating networking systems at scale. • Expertise in core networking technologies and protocols. • Experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud networking. • Strong communication and mentoring skills.
