About the role
Lead new product adoption across Samsara's post-sale organization by integrating products into workflows and closing adoption gaps. Drive cross-functional execution and influence teams without direct authority.
What you’ll do
• Integrate new products into post-sale workflows. • Review adoption data and identify gaps. • Develop and execute strategies to close gaps. • Coordinate action across multiple post-sale teams. • Build relationships with leaders to prioritize adoption.
What you’ll bring
• 8+ years in Strategy, Operations, or similar roles. • Experience with post-sale customer-facing functions. • Ability to work autonomously and execute personally. • Comfortable with data and metrics analysis. • Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.
