About the role
Lead complex Banner Accounts Receivable implementations and mentor consultants. Drive consulting excellence and improve delivery outcomes across the Student Success portfolio.
What you’ll do
• Serve as functional authority for Banner Accounts Receivable implementations. • Lead complex, strategic customer engagements. • Provide consulting guidance aligning business processes with best practices. • Mentor and coach Senior Consultants. • Develop implementation methodology and delivery standards.
What you’ll bring
• 5+ years Banner Accounts Receivable implementation experience. • Strong understanding of Student and Financial Aid integrations. • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management. • Ability to lead customer strategy discussions independently. • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
