About the role
Own Australian tax compliance work from working papers through financial statements and returns. Manage assigned jobs independently and support the onshore team with complex assignments.
What you’ll do
• Prepare accurate accounts and financial statements. • Deliver Australian tax compliance including returns and reconciliations. • Maintain complete client files and compliance checklists. • Manage deadlines, budgets, and timesheets. • Support technical quality and stay current with updates.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. • 4+ years Australian accounting and taxation experience. • Strong knowledge of Australian tax compliance and financial statements. • Proficiency in Xero, XPM, MYOB, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office. • Ability to manage multiple client jobs independently.
