About the role
The Senior Technical Account Manager builds and maintains post-sales relationships with large complex customers adopting Postgres and AI solutions. They serve as a trusted technical advisor to ensure successful outcomes and continued customer engagement with Postgres technology.
What you’ll do
• Build close relationships with senior technical leadership. • Help customers maximize Postgres investment value. • Provide technical leadership for major Postgres initiatives. • Maintain knowledge of entire EDB product line. • Provide product feedback to management.
What you’ll bring
• 6+ years hands-on with Postgres or similar databases. • Advanced skills in data platforms and cloud technologies. • Knowledge of data analytics and AI/ML concepts. • Experience with Kubernetes. • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
