About the role
Provide leadership and technical support for integrated HIV, TB, malaria, MNCH, and GHS programs. Coordinate multi-disease program integration into health systems ensuring quality care and surveillance.
What you’ll do
• Provide technical leadership on integrated HIV/AIDS, TB, malaria, MNCH strategies. • Support government and partners on integrated service workflows. • Develop and operationalize data quality assurance and performance analytics. • Design QA/QI tools for service quality and efficiency. • Support training and capacity building for local health workforce.
What you’ll bring
• MBBS/MD/PhD or relevant biological science degree with 11+ years experience. • 5+ years senior management experience in health or development in Nigeria. • MPH or postgraduate degree required. • Experience with multi-disease programming and Nigerian health system. • Ability to travel within Nigeria 45% of the time.
