About the role
Lead the readiness and development experience for the Solutions Engineering team. Drive technical enablement programs to improve win rates and deal velocity.
What you’ll do
• Own SE onboarding and ramp programs. • Drive ongoing technical readiness and continuous learning. • Build and maintain SE certification frameworks. • Develop competitive and vertical depth programs. • Leverage data to improve SE performance.
What you’ll bring
• 4–7+ years in technical pre-sales enablement or related role. • Deep understanding of Solutions Engineering function. • Experience building certification and learning programs. • Hands-on with Gong, LMS, and AI roleplay tools. • Strong data orientation and communication skills.
