About the role
Lead technical programs to support AI Factory development and deployment with OEM partners. Improve customer outcomes by closing readiness gaps and resolving dependencies.
What you’ll do
• Lead technical programs across AI Factory lifecycle. • Align technical requirements with partners and sales teams. • Develop programs to close OEM service and support gaps. • Engage OEM teams to resolve technical issues. • Use data and feedback to improve partner workflows.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 12+ years in data centers or hardware systems. • Understand hardware lifecycle in AI infrastructure. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
